  • Our services are currently available only in Pukhrayan.
  • By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate details including name, address, and contact information.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Service confirmation will be provided once a booking is accepted by our team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (such as professional unavailability, emergencies, or weather conditions).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All service charges will be communicated before confirmation.
  • Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, and materials required.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other methods provided at the time of booking.
  • Some services start at ₹99 or ₹199, while others may have custom pricing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • GS Home Services reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of misuse or false claims.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the service location is accessible and safe for our professionals.
  • Provide accurate details about the issue/service requirement.
  • Monitor and safeguard any valuables during the service.

6. Our Responsibilities

  • We ensure that all professionals are trained, verified, and equipped for the services offered.
  • We will not be responsible for damages caused due to pre-existing issues, negligence by the customer, or misuse of appliances/products.

7. Insurance & Loan Services

  • GS Home Services acts as a facilitator for insurance and loan services.
  • Final approval, eligibility, and documentation are subject to third-party providers (banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies).
  • We are not liable for delays, rejections, or disputes arising with financial institutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GS Home Services will not be liable for:
    • Any indirect or consequential damages.
    • Loss of valuables during services.
    • Delays caused due to third-party vendors or natural circumstances.

9. Privacy

  • Customer data is collected only for service purposes and will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
