At GS Home Services, we primarily provide home services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, loans, insurance assistance, and other household solutions. Since most of our services are delivered at the customer’s location, traditional product “shipping” does not apply. However, for transparency, we have outlined our service delivery policy below:


1. Service Delivery

  • Once a booking is confirmed, our service professionals will arrive at your location at the scheduled date and time.
  • For urgent or same-day services, availability will depend on the location and professional availability.
  • Our services are currently available only in Pukhrayan.

2. Digital Services (Insurance, Loans & Assistance)

  • For services such as insurance, loans, or consultation, all required documents may be collected digitally or in person.
  • Policy/loan approvals are subject to third-party providers (banks, NBFCs, or insurance companies). Delivery timelines for such services depend on the respective institution.

3. Estimated Timelines

  • Home Services: Within a few hours of booking (subject to availability).
  • Scheduled Appointments: As per the chosen date & time.
  • Insurance/Loan Assistance: Timelines depend on external providers, but we keep customers informed throughout the process.

4. Service Area

  • We currently serve Pukhrayan and nearby areas.
  • Bookings outside this area may not be accepted until we expand our services.
