1. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.
If the cancellation is made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time, a nominal cancellation fee of ₹100 will be charged.
For prepaid bookings, the remaining balance (after deducting the cancellation fee, if applicable) will be refunded.
2. Service Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule their service appointment free of cost, provided the request is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Rescheduling within 2 hours of service will be subject to provider availability.
3. Refund Policy
Full Refund: If the booking is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled service.
Partial Refund: If the booking is cancelled within 2 hours, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
No Refund: If the service professional has already arrived at the location or the service has been completed.
4. Service Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of service completion.
After investigation, we may offer a redo of the service or a partial/full refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
